In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kissph", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kissph platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities operating under PAGCOR authorisation.
• "Platform" means the kissph website accessible at kissph.pro, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated software or application.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the kissph Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the kissph Platform, associated with a unique username, verified identity, and unified wallet balance.
• "Services" means all products and features available on the kissph Platform, including but not limited to live baccarat, slot games, bingo, sabong streaming, and sports betting.
• "Wallet" means the unified balance held within your kissph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-cashable bonuses credited to your Account under a kissph promotion.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and supervises kissph's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed, involving submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

By accessing the kissph Platform — whether by visiting kissph.pro, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any Service — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is effective from the earliest of: (a) the date you first access the Platform; (b) the date you complete the Account registration process; or (c) the date you place your first wager. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a kissph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling age restriction regulations.
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under all laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kissph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through kissph or mandated by PAGCOR.

3.2 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the kissph Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. kissph reserves the right to request documentation verifying any information provided at any time.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, kissph requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence (LTO), SSS/GSIS card, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. kissph may request additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds for higher-value withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kissph Account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. kissph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify kissph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. kissph is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access the Platform using your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable SMS OTP verification — kissph requires this on every login by default.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

5.1 Deposits

kissph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your kissph Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven or Cebuana are processed within four (4) hours of payment confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. kissph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• kissph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending AML review for transactions that meet PAGCOR-mandated reporting thresholds.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are determined by your Account verification tier.

kissph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your Wallet as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus offers are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• kissph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or arbitrage — will have their bonus forfeited and their Account reviewed for termination.
• Bonus Funds cannot be used to place bets on restricted games or markets as specified in individual promotion terms.

All games and betting markets available on kissph are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

kissph's casino games — including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slot machines, and bingo — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable, and are subject to regular independent auditing. Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers and are subject to real-time game integrity monitoring.

• All bet placements are final once confirmed. kissph cannot cancel or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of manifest system error.
• In the event of a system malfunction, connection failure, or game disruption that affects the outcome of a round, kissph reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Wallet.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• kissph's decisions regarding game outcomes, void bets, and dispute resolution are final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kissph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person in evading an Account suspension or self-exclusion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including chip-dumping in poker-format games or coordinated live casino play designed to exploit outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to kissph.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise illicit funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in aggressive, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory conduct toward kissph staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions made to your kissph Wallet without prior notification and resolution through kissph's support channels.

kissph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

kissph enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all Accounts and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use our responsible gaming tools or contact our dedicated responsible gaming team.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of your total gaming session duration at intervals you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be used for any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kissph Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed through a standard support request and requires a formal review process with a minimum 6-month exclusion period.

All content on the kissph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of kissph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without kissph's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any kissph software.
• Use the kissph name, logo, or brand identity for any commercial or promotional purpose without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kissph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kissph Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kissph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, even if kissph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, kissph is not liable for:

• Internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or service interruptions beyond kissph's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in information you provided during registration or KYC that results in a delay or denial of services.
• Actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect the availability of services on the Platform.
• The outcome of any wager, game result, or sports event — all gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and kissph does not guarantee winnings.

kissph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a PAGCOR directive or court order requiring account action.

Upon termination of your Account, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review. kissph is not obligated to return any balance held under accounts terminated for fraudulent conduct or breach of these Terms.

12.1 Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for twelve (12) consecutive months. kissph will notify you via your registered email address before applying an inactivity fee. An administrative inactivity fee of ₱100 per month may be deducted from the Wallet balance of inactive accounts after the notification period has elapsed. Wallet balances that reach ₱0 due to inactivity fees will result in Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting kissph's support team at [email protected]. kissph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Players who remain unsatisfied after kissph's internal complaint resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

kissph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of your rights or obligations — kissph may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date.
